Studying Business Psychology – What does it Mean?

Business Psychology is an interdisciplinary field that deals with human behavior within economic systems and the psychological processes that influence economic decisions. In the fourth semester, the focus is on Work, Organizational and Personel Psychology, laying the groundwork for effective personnel development and leadership within organizations.

The fifth semester then shifts attention to Brand Psychology, to better understand consumer and market behaviors.

In the sixth semester, selected aspects of Business Psychology are addressed, allowing for a deeper understanding of psychological processes in economic contexts.

Finally, the seventh semester is dedicated to Fit and Management Diagnostics, assessing individuals' suitability for certain positions and their management skills.

Additionally, students specializing in this field write their Bachelor's thesis in Business Psychology.
